The Recruiter&#8217;s responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates.<br><br>To be a successful Recruiter, the candidate should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates\/specialists to fill various positions including technical positions<\/li><li>Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.<\/li><li>Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.<\/li><li>Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.<\/li><li>Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.<\/li><li>Performing background and reference checks.<\/li><li>Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree of related discipline<\/li><li>A good understanding of technology and technical skills<\/li><li>2-3 years&#8217; experience in technical recruitment processes<\/li><li>Familiar with various job platforms.<\/li><li>Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.<\/li><li>Able to achieve results while working from home<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a Recruitment Consultants who specializes in headhunting and technical recruitment.
