The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, target-driven, and a strong team player with a flexible approach to work. The role may include recruitment travel in-country and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Work with the Regional Manager, North America &#8211; South East Asia and Associate Director, South East Asia to support the pathways&#8217; recruitment objectives through attendance at recruitment events across its North America portfolio (focusing on ECIC)<\/li><li>Develop and execute country sales and account plans in collaboration with sales stakeholders<\/li><li>Identify partner growth opportunities to build and maintain in-depth relationships with partners in the region<\/li><li>Work with colleagues across marketing and student recruitment to implement market-focused activity plans in the Philippines<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in selling solutions to different schools\/universities and have experience in the academic arena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>B2B or channel sales experience is preferred<\/li><li>Significant experience in educational sales in order &#8216;to hit the ground running and have an immediate impact<\/li><li>Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes in the international education sector<\/li><li>Excellent knowledge of the region and its market trends<\/li><li>Excellent knowledge of the international HE<\/li><li>Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the products associated with international HE<\/li><li>Experience in producing sales reports<\/li><li>Ability to develop and execute sales plans<\/li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li><li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li><li>Skilled influencer and networker<\/li><li>Good relationship management and customer service skills<\/li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively<\/li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines<\/li><li>Good PC and database management skills<\/li><li>Eligibility to live, work and travel freely in the region<\/li><li>Meet statutory and organizational child-safeguarding requirements<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are ready to take your career to the next level and help this business expand in the Philippines and grow with it, this Market Development Manager role is right for you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Market Development Manager&#8217;s role report to the regional manager for North America and SEA.
